HM Properties
HM Properties began as a boutique agency in 2006 and quickly became a leading independent, award-winning real estate firm in the Charlotte region. My task was to create a new logo and redesign their website to be responsive. The founder and owner, Valerie Mitchener wanted to make the "M" in their mark more prominent while not removing the "H" entirely since the "H" co-founder had taken a step back in their role at the firm. When it came to web presence, this client was in need of a design that was not only responsive, but also embodied the polish and sophistication of the agency.
